How to Login After a Password Reset
If you forget your password and Technology has to reset it for you, follow these steps to change your password to something you can remember:
- In a web browser, navigate to https://mail.rbschool.org
- Enter your email address (see below) and click Next
- Enter your temporary password and click Sign In
- On the Update your password screen, enter the temporary password under Current password, then select a new password
- Enter the same password under Confirm password and click Sign In
- If your password meets the criteria, you should be logged in to the webmail portal (or the online office home screen if it's your first login).
Email Address Format:
- If you are a staff or faculty member (or coach), your email address is your first initial + your last name @rbschool.org (or @rbsathletics.org for coaches): jdoe@rbschool.org
- If you are a student, your email address is your first name + a period + your last name @rbschool.org: jane.doe@rbschool.org.
Password Requirements:
- Passwords must be eight (8) characters long and consist of letters, numbers, and a special character.
- Passwords shouldn't be common words, names, or phrases that are easy to guess. This is locked out by the system.
- Remembering your password is your responsibility. We will reset it if needed, but we can't tell you your existing password. Once you set it, you have to remember it.
